Chief Administrative Officer
Nick Snoply is the Chief Administrative Officer of PopHealthCare and Emcara Health responsible for leading human resources, learning and development, communications, marketing, talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance. An energetic leader with extensive experience in human capital management and enterprise development, he positions Emcara Health as a best place to work. He creates authentic experiences that strengthen employees’ connections to their work by promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Prior to joining PopHealthCare, Snoply spent more than 15 years in executive leadership roles focused on organizational design and effectiveness and strategic planning. Most recently, he served as Chief Administrative Officer for American Health Network, part of Optum.
Snoply is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in journalism. He also completed executive education at Columbia Business School and is Six Sigma LEAN / Green Belt certified.
Nick lives in Indiana with his wife, two great kids and his dogs, Teddy and Maple. On any given weekend, you will find him with his family just about anywhere in the country for tournaments as both his children play travel soccer.
