Join us in advancing the language of care

A better way to serve the whole healthcare ecosystem

Mission-driven, in-home healthcare

Emcara Health is dedicated to delivering an advanced model of in-home care. Our passionate teams fuel this change with their commitment to our mission and purpose, whether they are part of our compassionate care teams or working with providers and partners to solve healthcare challenges.

Emcara Health leverages years of proven experience as part of PopHealthCare, one of the nation’s leading risk-bearing medical groups, and its CareSight model. Our fluency in the language of care enables us to offer a range of engagement methods and deep analytical insights to reduce risk, improve quality, and create value for patients, providers, and partners.

Reimagining how healthcare is delivered

We are driven by purpose, inspired by a passion to serve, and committed to shaping a better model of care.

Work life at Emcara Health

Community health workers

Emcara Health’s multidisciplinary care teams are directed by community health workers who are hired from the communities they serve, and are led with empathy and an empowerment-based approach. They build trusted relationships with patients, provide care wherever and whenever it’s required, and help those most in need live their healthiest lives. For those who are driven to transform the delivery of healthcare for people that are most in need, we offer the opportunity to work closely with a smaller patient cohort and create deeper trusting relationships that are the key to changing lives.

Nurse practitioners

Welcome to a career with more flexibility, more empathy, and more meaningful results. Emcara Health's nurse practitioners benefit from autonomous positions with more ownership of the practice and the ability to effect change by meeting patients wherever they are on their healthcare journey. They have the opportunity to work with an innovative new model of care and a new practice setting, addressing health disparities and social determinants of health through deeper and more frequent patient engagement to help those who need it the most.

We spend a lot of time speaking with the families, speaking with the patients, and communicating with the nurses and physicians . . . there’s a lot of interdisciplinary communication.
