Jill Sharp

Jill Sharp is the Senior Vice President of Care Delivery for PopHealthCare and Emcara Health. She is passionate about improving health outcomes and the experiences of patients and providers, leveraging data and technology to enhance care delivery and coordination, and fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Jill leads with a calm and steadfast determination, while always remaining grateful for the opportunity to improve the health of our communities.

Jill is a proven healthcare leader with over 15 years’ experience in value-based care delivery. She brings expert knowledge in areas of quality, risk adjustment, and patient-centered care models that have proven to bend the cost curve, while also delivering improved patient outcomes

Prior to joining PopHealthCare, Jill served in many leadership roles supporting clinical operations in support of full-risk arrangements that have been nationally recognized. Jill is a bachelor’s prepared Registered Nurse who also has a MBA graduate degree with honors from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.

Jill lives in Indiana with her husband, three girls, and beloved dog, Ari. Always putting family first, you can find her at cheerleading or Olympic weightlifting competitions, cheering on her oldest daughters while chasing her toddler around.
