Chief Executive Officer
Jill Langenfeld is the Chief Executive Officer of PopHealthCare and Emcara Health. She is responsible for defining the strategy and tactical plan that positions Emcara Health as the leading provider of home-based advanced primary care. By driving the organization to focus on the voice of the patient and customer, she reinforces our purpose, helping patients achieve better health and lowering the cost of care.
She brings over 15 years of expertise in building scalable health plan and clinical operations, value-based care models, Commercial and Government based health care. Prior to joining our team, Jill held operational leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and Optum. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Operations for Optum Care Network Midwest Risk Bearing Entity.
Jill earned a Master’s in health care administration from Colorado State Global and a Bachelor of Science in organizational communication from Bellevue University. A lifelong learner, Jill recently completed a program from Wharton Executive Education.
Jill and her husband of 19 years live in Nebraska with their six children. She describes the perfect end to a busy weekend as an extended family dinner, s’mores over the campfire and a competitive game of pitch.
