As a member of Florida Blue, you can complete your annual health checkup in a convenient and safe way through a secure video call, right from the comfort of your home. Best of all, this checkup is no-cost to you! This health assessment will be performed by Emcara Health, and it’s covered as a part of your Florida Blue health plan.
Telehealth visits are like your regular doctor visits, but completed through secure video calls. You will receive personalized care from a provider, and you will have time to ask any questions about your health and review your medications.
Once completed, Emcara Health will send a summary of your visit directly to your doctor and to Florida Blue.
If you would prefer to have the assessment done inperson, Emcara Health will send a nurse practitioner to your home at a time that suits you. Even at night or on the weekend!

At your appointment, your nurse practitioner will discuss your health and any concerns you may have, examine you by video or in person, and review your medications.

Emcara Health will send a summary of your visit to you, your doctor, and Florida Blue.
