Staying healthy is easier than ever. As a member of Florida Blue, you can complete your annual health assessment in the comfort of your own home, either through a telehealth video call or in-person. Best of all, this assessment is no-cost to you!
Your health assessment will be performed by Emcara Health, and it is covered as part of your Florida Blue health plan.
Telehealth visits are like your regular doctor visits, but completed through secure video calls. You will receive personalized care from a provider, and you will have time to ask any questions about your health and review your medications.
If you would prefer to have the assessment done inperson, Emcara Health will send a nurse practitioner to your home at a time that suits you. Even at night or on the weekend!

A nurse practitioner will come to your home to discuss your health and review medications and existing treatment plans. You can also choose a video visit.

Emcara Health will send a summary of your visit to you, your doctor, and Florida Blue.
