What is an at-home
health checkup?
Your at-home check-up is just like the
one you get at your doctor’s office – but
in the comfort and privacy of your home.
During the 45-minute visit, you’ll have
the chance to ask a provider questions,
raise concerns, and learn new tips for
staying healthy, based on your needs.
You’re welcome to have a friend or family
member with you.
The service is completely free as part of
your health insurance plan and can be
scheduled at a time convenient for you.
