Your Emcara Health care team takes a proactive approach to your care, helping you spot and treat small issues before they become big ones. 

Here’s how it works:

Step #1 Schedule your initial visit

When you call us at 1-888-572-7801 (TTY/TDD 1-800-967-1796), you’ll be matched with a local nurse practitioner who will meet you in your home at a time convenient for you. Your family or caregivers are welcome to join you.

Step #2 Complete an in-home checkup

During your initial visit, your nurse practitioner will perform a physical exam, review your medical history, go over treatments, and order any tests and medications. They will also make sure you understand any health conditions and how to manage them.

Step #3 Enjoy peace of mind 

Your care team will check in with you regularly and provide care in your home whenever you need it, 24 hours a day. We’ll send results to your primary care doctor, if applicable.
