Senior Vice President, Risk Adjustment Solutions
Jeremy Berk is the Senior Vice President of Risk Adjustment Solutions for PopHealthCare and Emcara Health. As a leader in value-based care who has a passion for improving health care for providers and patients, Jeremy supports clients in revenue optimization and consults on risk-based revenue.
Prior to joining PopHealthCare, Jeremy spent over a decade in healthcare focusing on value-based care through finance, operations, analytics, new product development, and performance. His experience includes dual eligible health plans and innovative start-ups in the value-based care industry.
Jeremy holds a Master’s in international economics and finance and a Bachelor of Science in economics all from Brandeis University. He also completed a graduate certificate in healthcare management at Northeastern University.
In his free time, Jeremy likes to spend time with his wife and two daughters. As a resident just outside of Boston, he likes to stay active in outdoor events. He also enjoys playing various sports including everything from tennis to weightlifting.
